KDE3.2RC1 installation with konstruct.

Hello,
I am a daily user of kde3.2b2 which I installed using konstruct, it is very stable. Now I want to install the rc1 using konstruct but I also want to be sure that I don't forget anything because for beta2 there were things that was missing.
So here my different question:
1: What is meinproc, if it is important where can I found it (I already googled but it only point to kde problems with meinproc)?
2: During the configure of all kde stuff I have a message saying:

Quoted

checking for dot... not found

What is dot, do I need it (which feature is turn off if I don't have it ? )
3: During the configure of kdebase-3.1.95

Quoted

checking linux/raw.h usability... no
checking linux/raw.h presence... yes
configure: WARNING: linux/raw.h: present but cannot be compiled
configure: WARNING: linux/raw.h: check for missing prerequisite headers?
configure: WARNING: linux/raw.h: proceeding with the preprocessor's result
configure: WARNING: ## ------------------------------------ ##
configure: WARNING: ## Report this to bug-autoconf@gnu.org. ##
configure: WARNING: ## ------------------------------------ ##

and During the configure of kdenetwork-3.1.95

checking linux/if_ppp.h presence... yes
configure: WARNING: linux/if_ppp.h: present but cannot be compiled

What is the problem ?
I don't see any feature limitation due to that problem so what ?
