Keyboard shortcut to make a window sticky

Is there a way to make a keyboard shortcut (Ctrl-Alt-s) toggle a window's stickiness or send it to all desktops? I've been looking all over and haven't come up with anything. In the control center under Keyboard shortcuts there are a whole list of options to trigger various Window commands but not to trigger stickiness. Any help would be greatly appreciated...coming from Enlightenment I habitually try and hit this shortcut.
