Konqueror problems

Hi, I have Suse 8.2 pro and don't know what to do.
In the home directory that goes over the Konqueror i have changed the tree view of the files and made the icons smaler. Know I can't open my home directory. I click on it and it blinks about 1 min, and nothing happens. I tried over the Konqueror to open my /home file, can not. So I cannot open any file there.
What can I do? How canI make the changes reverse?
Thx for any help

Peter

Try to disable some of the 'preview' options in Konqueror, it might help (it helped me . .)

The problem might/could be that you have config-files for KDE that is olde r than the version of KDE you are using ( a situation that occurs when upgrading KDE).

I don't know for sure why this problem is occuring, on my box Konqueror
crashed as soon I was entering my home directory. (what's the idea with a filebrowser if you can't browse your homedirectory ? . . )

good luck with your problem solving !

try renaming the .kde directory, this is where all the info is stored for prefences etc. Maybe there are conflicts?

kde will automatically generate in at the beginning of the session, with defaults
