Help moving a window, please!

Just completed a new install of Suse 8.1 with KDE and StarOffice. I pretty much like KDE but there are still some rough edges, just ran into one.

Launching StarOffice for the first time in a 1280x1024 setting put the title bar perfectly above the upper edge of the window preventing my dragging it down or clicking on the close/maximize/minimize buttons.

I've looked in ~/StarOffice for a config file that specifies position but can't find one. There has to be some mechanism within KDE to move this window but it escapes me.

Thanks, Curly

you can drag and drop a window while pressing ALT and clicking into it.

Once you have managed to move the window, try rightclicking on the titlebar, and select 'save settings' (or something along those lines) from the popup menu. There should be something like that in any case. I am not home, and am now working on a laptop provided by the boss, with software from the vole , so I cannot check for you..
