Importing addresses and bookmarks

I'm a newbie; where do I list questions regarding importing anaddress book for Kmail and a set of bookmarks to Konqueror?

Both of these are from Netscape 4.7

Also, how do I set font size for web sites? The apparent font size of this post looks to be 4. This despite setting KDE Look and Feel sizes to 12-16.
