Remove existing countries, add new countries

I am sure this is not world news, but last week the country Netherlands Antilles (Caribbean) ceased to exist. Instead two new countries emerged (Curacao, Saint Martin) which are comparable to Aruba. Thre islands, Bonaire, Saba and Statia became part of the Netherlands, comparable to the relationship Guadeloupe and Martinique have with France.

It would be nice if in the future this information could be correctly included in the KDE regional settings. I would be more than happy to provide information, but I don't know how, what is needed and where to submit.

Is this regional database some kind of generic information which is used in all DE's, or should the same information be built for all other DE's as well?
