Starting applications in KDE4 with window borders hidden

I like to know the command line switch for starting application in KDE4 with the windows borders hidden. It works so nicely with the Google chromium browser that I though some other applications would look good that way. I did quite a few Google searches to find this information, and turned here only as a last resort. Is there any documentation that may be useful to people like me who will have infrequent questions?
