[KOPETE] KObjects:: where are the k~object~-header files?

Hello!

I downloaded the source package of Kopete 0.12.2 at kopete.kde.org and took a view at the source. And my question is:: In most .cpp files there are headerfiles with names in form of k_OBJECTNAME.h e.g. kaction.h, kdebug.h, klocale.h included, but I just can find them in the downloaded directorys. Quite confusing. ?( Where are they? Are they delivered together with the source of the KDE Desktop? If it is so, where can I get them?

By the way: Kopete is written for Linux systems, but it is based on [QT] , so, actually the prog should be runnin in windows, too, doesn't it?
