Overwrite when deleting option?

Hi. I'm trying to set up KDE on OpenBSD. I'm new to both. I am doing pretty well so far, but I want to know if there is a way for me to set the delete option to overwrite files instead of just marking them as unused space? Like if I could set KDE to use the rm utility with the -p option automatically when selecting files to delete or deleting files from the trash bin.

Thanks
