Mouse wheel scrolling in gnome terminal vs konsole

If I open file in vim in gnome terminal, I can use the mouse wheel to scroll up and down and it will scroll the cursor up and down in vim

If I do the same in konsole, the mouse wheel does nothing, it doesn't make the cursor scroll.

I prefer Konsole over Gnome Terminal due to all of the features and in this instance I can't just use gvim AFAIK, (I'm ssh'ing and using vim over there so I don't think gvim would work anyway like that).

Does anyone know if it is possible for me to get scrolling to work in vim in Konsole like it does in Gnome Terminal?

(Just to be clear, normal scrolling in the console works fine on both, just not in vim)
