Strigi Desktop search

I have kde 4.00.80 installed (Debian unstable /experimental). I use the nepomuk services and/or strigi to index my files. Now, how do I actually search for file content with strigi? I tried the usual search function in kde4 but it is too slow and doesn't find all files so it can't be strigi. Typing strigi:/ in konqueror doesn't work, stigi-client can only start and stop the server but you can't search with it and strigi-applet is for kde3.
Thanks for any hints to the correct kde4 way to search for file content.
