[Kontact] How to hide progress dialog at startup

Usually Kontact starts with my workstation and I have to enter the password for wallet. After that multiple dialogs pop up that show me the progress of fetching my mails and kontact data:

But I don't want to see such information. Usually I'd like to use shortcuts on my desktop to start konsole and begin to work. That is usually involving loggin in on remote servers and as long as these progress dialogs keep popping up, I am not able to enter commands or enter login information.

As a workaround I have configured focus stealing prevention in the Window-Specific-Settings dialog of Control Center.

But I think that this should also be possible in kontact or kmail settings.

Does anybody know how to disable the display of these progress dialogs?
