Don't show "Suspend" and "Hibernate" Buttons in Shutdown Dialog

I am using Kubuntu with KDE 3.5.9 on an ACER Extensa 5220. This Notebook will not wakeup after Suspend/Hibernate-mode, but that is not a big problem at the moment.
I just want to prevent a Linux beginner from klicking this buttons and getting in trouble afterwards. Is there any way to get this two buttons disapeared from the Shutdown dialog? Maybe in a config file?
Thanks
DirkP
