KDE 4.0.2 release 10.1

While I am pleased with the above version, one thing that, at the moment, I cannot find how to do, is to re-size the desktop icons. I have changed the icon size in personal settings to a smaller size, but they are still BIG. Also, how can I change the size of the damn clock font
