Kde 4 and unicode filenames & fish kio

Hello, I'm using kde4 from (k)ubuntu launchpad ports. There is a problem with unicode (russian) file names. On kde3 install, they are ok. In kde 4 dolphin/konqueror they are displayed like Скальд.mp3. REnaming them doesn't help; I see russian letters in rename prompt, but then non-latin characters are replaced with '?'. The filenames are not visible properly in konsole too, even after setting utf-8 encoding.

The second issue is about fish:// and sftp:// kio's. They are working very unstable, often hang. Has anyone experienced these problems?
