strigi / nepomuk Server Configuration

There was a screencast about the first steps towards nepomuk and Semantic in KDE. He enabled the Strigi Desktop search in a Window called:

strigi / nepomuk Server Configuration

In my KDE 4.0 I can't not find such configuration window. Has anybody an idea, how to activate it?
