[konqueror] html tag support

I've searched the web and this forum, but haven't found answers to my question. So I'm asking here (I hope this is the right place).

For some time now developers of Opera (A call for video on the web - Opera release on Labs) and developers of Firefox (Firefox 3 to feature native audio video support) are working on an embeded (built into the browser) video playback. That means a native video playback support in those browsers, with out a need to install any plugin. In order to do so, the browsers will support a new HTML tag (proposed in WHATWG's and W3C's HTML 5 drafts).
The native video format for the tag (at least in case of Opera and Firefox) will be Ogg Theora.

So, how about Konqueror? are there any plans to support the tag? And if so, what will be the native format for this tag in case of Konqueror?
