openOffice can't read a networked file in konqueror

hello,

whenever I double click on a openDocument (ods, odt, ...) file available on a network (via smb or fish/ssh) in konqueror, nothing happens. The only way to open the file is to type "soffice" in "open with ..." contextual menu.

some comments:
1 - of course, openOffice (2.3) is installed
2 - I'm using kubuntu 07.10
3 - the problem doesn't exist with nautilus/gnome (so, it's not OOo's fault)
4 - the problem arises with either smb or fish protocol (so, it's not one or other protocol fault)

Is there a way to have any log error somewhere ? I've looked in /Var/log/messages, kernel, and dmesg. Nothing's written.

I've seen somewhere that it was a known bug, but nothing has evolved ... Am I the only guy using KDE, openOffice, and SAMBA ? I can't believe that !
