[Kopete] Licensing problems with MSN??!?

Hello!

Reading the MSN 'ToS' (Terms of Services), in this page: http://tou.live.com/default.aspx , I see in item no. 4 that there is a list of messengers approved for use, and that there is a clause prohibiting the use of unauthorized messengers (those who aren't on the list).

The list of authorized messengers is: http://messenger.msn.com/Help/Authorized.aspx

Kopete isn't here, so using Kopete to connect MSN is illegal; there is any licensing issue? Or did I misunderstood it?

I was using Kopete, but this question stopped me for a while...

bye!

// OK, as shown on my sign, 'sorry for bad english'!
