KDE PIM timezone

The timezone support seems to be a feature that the project doesn't give a lot of attention. By chance I found another PIM software for linux which has a really nice timezone support.

I was wondering how difficult it would be to implement something similar for KDE PIM, or if there are already plans for similar functionality.
