../.kde/tmp-HOSTNAME

I've read a little about the /home/USER/.kde/tmp-HOSTNAME directory. Mine has about 4.5GB in it right now. I'm trying to free up some disk space and I was wondering... Is it safe to delete the contents (except /home/USER/.kde/tmp-HOSTNAME/ksycoca)?

It's a tmp folder (I don't have it in ~/.kde), so yes it is probably safe to delete it completely.

I use slackware 11.0, if that makes a difference.
