Transparency just for one panel on the desktop

If I setup transparency, its just for all pannels. Im using, two, on the bottom and on the right side. I would like to make right side panel transparent, but let the bottom one as it is (kubuntu-pannel.png as a wallpaper for the panel).
Is it possible somehow?

I have found a solution. I turned off other KDE panel and instead of it I use this one

I just have some troubles with its stability.
