Oxygen

I checked out oxygen svn, but I can't build the anymore, because subdir theme is empty!
How to build oxygen from svn (included instructions in readme are obsolete)?

The current version of the Oxygen icons have been moved into KDE 4 kdelibs. They can not be used on KDE 3 systems because of the naming changes that have been done in order to comply with the Freedesktop.org Icon Naming standard.
