Kmail-Templates - How to use??

Hi

Is there a how-to on using Templates in the Folder properties for kmail?

I have looked in the Kmail help but cannot find any reference.

I want to be able to generate one or more folder dependent custom headers for outgoing mail that can be used for subsequent filtering.

Thanks in advance

David

I'm not sure if there's a reference anywhere, but I figured it out on my own. You can right-click on any mail folder, select properties, then click the Templates tab. When you click the 'Use custom message templates' check box, you can change any and all the reply and forward templates however you like.
In retrospect, everything is funny.

I found the properties too, but they don't work ?

I found the properties too.

I wanted to do something obvious. If I'm on the folder where I archive E-mail from a mailing list, and I click new-message, I want to have the to address filled in to the appropriate receiver for the mailing list.

Note, I use IMAP and I notice that some folder capabilities seem to not exist in such cases.
