Deleting contact from KAddressBook

I've been testing out the PIM features. Among other things I added a test-contact to KAddressBook with a fake birthday. I wanted to see if the birthday would show up on the KOrganizer calendar. It did.

Now I want to delete that contact. But every time I try, it reappears when I next start any PIM application. It won't stay deleted.

What's the deal? :)

Thanks.

RE: Deleting contact from KAddressBook

Do you use a special kind of resource to save the files? Otherwise you could try to erase the *.vcf files in ~/.kde/share/apps/kabc .

I only just found out: it doesn't want to be deleted if it's the only contact left. I now added other (real) contacts and the old one is deleted permanently.

This fixes the problem for me, but it's still a bug.

Thanks for your reply.
