Syncing with Windows Mobile 5 PDA

Hello fellow KDE-ers!

I have an HTC TyTN. It runs Windows Mobile 5, with a built in:
  • Calender
  • Todo list
  • Contact list
  • Categories (which can be attached to all three other resources)

You know the list. It standardly uses ActiveSync to synchronize with a Windows pc. But I run my pc full time under Linux Gentoo (2.6 kernel) / KDE.

It would make my life considerably easier if I could automatically synchronize these things with my pc.

I like KOrganizer and KAddressBook a lot. I hope I can use those. I've read somewhere that it is possible to synchronize with Windows Mobile using KitchenSync. But I have no idea where to begin to set this up.

At the moment, I'll settle for synchronization through a USB cable. When I get that to work correctly, I'll try Bluetooth. One problem at a time.

I'd appreciate any help. I've searched this forum, but haven't found any answers (one or two similar questions, though). I've also searched Google without success. Please, I'm willing to do some real effort to solve this, but at the moment, a nudge in the right direction would help a lot.

Thanks!
