possable icon licence violation

I have noticed that some of the icons in the varioys crystalxp.net packs are direct copys of the KDE crystal theame.

however they are wrapped in the sites restrictive licence

i beve that the icons in question are covered by the GPL ands os crystal XP are violating this.

(the theams for windowsd taht they create are very nice, just the licence that is the problem)

You should report this to the author of the icons, so he/she can take legal actions if necessary.

who is the author of the crystal theame? i though it was the KDE project itself... though im not sure.
