Open Containing Folder

When you search for files in Windows the resulting dialog allows you to right click the results and 'Open Containing Folder'
which opens Windows Explorer at the path that the file is in.
If you use the Windows 95 Powertoys (in Win 2000/XP) you can also get this effect on any shortcut to a file.

Is it possible to get these effects with Konqueror?

It is frustrating to find a file deep in the file system and have to browse all the way down to it.

first option is available in kfind (open folder containing file)

second option not (open folder containing file where link points to)

This is probably because windows does not use real links, it uses special files that link to another file, while symlinks in linux are aliases of the file itself.
