Help Adding to the Konqueror Drag Drop Menu - Copy, Move, Link

I am looking for help on writing a plugin/extension for Konqueror that would allow me to add an addition option to the drag menu.

Basically, I do a lot of symlinking of folders from one place to another, and it would be really handy if when I drag it gives me the option to "Link As..." and pops up a small window where I can specify a name right there, without having to go and rename the link file itself.

I was wondering if someone could also tell me where I could learn to write a plugin like this (Adding another tab to the File Properties dialog):

That's what I would have done originally, but when I click the download link, I get an error page saying the file cannot be found. Now I just listed it as an example here.
