sync with outlook 2003(new user)

I have fedora 5 (soon to have 6) set up on a second hard drive (XP on main HD). I have to use outlook for my mail client at work, but I would rather just keep using Linux all day and never have to use XP at all. How can I sync the two together. I have never used kontact. Can kontact export to a file and i can just keep them syncd via my jump drive?

If you have both OS's on the same system you can import outlook form kontact. But you mentioned jump drive so I assume they are not o the same system so you could save form outlook to your jump drive and then import to contact. There is probably some way you can use sync also but I am not sure how you would do that with a jump drive. I use a Palm device and until the latest update that worked great (broken now).
