[kopete] SOCKS5 support

I'm trying to get kopete to work through Tor via a Privoxy local proxy server. The configuration is very simple to point it to the local SOCKS5 proxy, and I can do this without any issue under gaim. However I can find know way to use a SOCKS5 proxy either in kopete directly, or in the network settings in kcontrol.

How do I implement SOCKS5 support?
