KHotKeys and Global Shortcuts

First post so bear with me.

I can't set up my mouse gestures correctly or what I want to do is not supported correctly. I want to be able to minimize and maximize any window with a mouse gesture. So I set hotkeys to Min (Win+M) and Max (Win+X), and I set mouse gestures to Win+M(951) and Win+X(159). I can tell it actually does the keyboard output because it types an 'm' or an 'x' when I do the gesture, but it doesn't trigger the hotkey. I also can't get mouse gestures to close a window via a global shortcut key. When I map a mouse gesture to Ctrl+Q it works. When I map it to the global close window key (Alt+F4) it doesn't work. What did I do wrong? How do I fix this?

I was also getting a lot of crashes if I tried to define conditions for mouse gestures after the initial configuration. i.e. I set up gestures without any conditions, then if I wanted to change the conditions or add any I would get a KDE crash.

I'd also like to make gestures such as right click + mouse wheel up and mouse wheel down (to switch tasks). I know I can mouse over the task bar and use the scroll wheel to switch tasks, but I'd like to just right click and do it from anywhere on the screen. Is there a way to do this?

Also, as a side note and should probably be a different thread. The Quick Browser should allow you to just click on a folder and open the folder in either terminal or konqueror, but I don't see a suggestions sub forum or anything.
