Help Installing flashplayer plugin

I use eLive revolution but for some reason my favorite browser is konqueror. The browser keeps reminding me that I need to install the flashplayer plugin unfortunately I have not been able to install the plugin. Can someone direct me to a how to or just tell me what to do?

Does your distro not provide packages? If not, just Google on '<your distro> flash'

Actually my distro is gnome based but like I metioned above I just like konqueror. I was hoping to find a "how to" for installing the flash player plugin for konqueror.
