One settings for all users?

Hello,
is it possible to have one profile for all users.
I have one linux classroom and users are authentificated towards w2k3 server.
I do not want to have separate settings for each user.
Is it possible to set KDE not to create settings files in /home/user1 ?

Thanks for help

Quickest soluton is to link everyones ~/.kde to a different folder with r/w permissions, e.g.:
#rm -rf ~/.kde
#ln -s /global/user ~/.kde
