Kontact - eGroupware character coding

I have the character coding problem when I've tried to connect to our eGroupware server. My native language is Czech, and KDE runs in Czech lang also. But all the entries in calendar, addressbook and to-dos are displayed as follows:
eg.
"Ludmila ÄernouÅkovÃ
" instead "Ludmila ernoušková"

Could anybody help me, please?
