KControl Center has no content :(

Hi , all.
I got a problem.
I installed debian base system, and upgraded to testing version. Then i installed KDE(version 3.5), after starting the Xwindow , i can not config KDE with KControl Center, because the KControl Center is empty, has no any module. It 's so not convenient. How can i put the modules into the KControl Center ,please?
