KDE-3.5.5 installation problem

hi, then i try to configure arts :

checking for X... configure: error: Can't find X includes. Please check your installation and add the correct paths!

RE: KDE-3.5.5 installation problem

Install development for X (and Qt as well probably) before you start to compile something. I don't know what the packages are named in Mandriva, but usually you should look for '-dev' suffixes of package names.
