How many OS's - User friendly - truely

With the plefera of GNU/Linux amd BSD OS's out there it would be a very positive and very big selling point if KDE, which is one of the more used windows managers in all OS's could simnply have a handy dandy one button click that would copy any KDE setting y9ou may have ALREDAY from another KDE install from another OS's be it a laptop or desktop or even same system. Window$ has really done a good job there with their file transfer utility. KDE seriuously meeds something similar, if it's not alreday there. If it is it is well hiden and so of not much use. I've been looking for it ;(.
It needs to be remmemberd the majoritry of users out in the real world know how to power up the system and after that if it's not point and click they want nothing to do with it. I am a little more advanced than that but I also do not have hours to spend on trying to get those things which with other very well known OS's are just taken for granted because they are already there to make life on the computer as simple as possible. :)
