[Kopete]Out going webcam wont work.

I'm using the MSN protocol. When I try to send my webcam it doesn't work, nothing comes up. But if my brother asks for my webcam it works fine because he is in my network. So what can I do to send my webcam out to friends? I've got an incoming webcam port configured in Kopete and my router so what should I do?

I usually end up spam clicking on "Send webcam". Eventually Kopete gives up and lets me send webcam XD

Then again, this is when I'm already receiving webcam. Dunno if that'll affect it at all.
