Feature Request: rename multiple files

Hello,
Is this the right forum for a feature request? I`m sorry if not.
How about a new feature for the file context menu? I like the rename multiple files feature under windows xp. If multiple files are selected you can right click on a file and rename it and every select file is renamed too.
Like: test.txt -> test (1).txt test (2).txt ...

(sorry for my english)

Thanks for the answer, but I mean an integration of a simple rename function for multiple files in the file context menu like in windows xp.

RE: Feature Request: rename multiple files

Feature requests don't belong on this forum. http://bugs.kde.org is the right place for such.
