When will File transfer with ICQ Protocol be available?

Is it planned for the near future to implement ICQ file transfer?

I read the bug /wish request and there are more than 1600 votes for this, so after you (the developers) said that it would be in top10 TODO-list after a year ago, it has to be implemented in the next months, isn't it?
I just want to say that this is maybe the _only_ reason why many users prefer other IMs...

RE: When will File transfer with ICQ Protocol be available?

It'll be available when it gets implemented in Kopete. I won't provide an estimation of when it'll be available because that's just putting too much pressure on myself or whoever it is that comes alongs and implements.

This is by far the most wanted feature since years now. Is it that difficult to implement it? It's for me - and i think for much more users - the only feature that forces me to use Gaim.

Will it be implemented in this century ... ?
