KMail: restoring the spam filter toolbar

Hi,
I'm using a Gentoo x86_64 system with KDE 3.4.3 and have configured KMail with bogofilter using the Anti-Spam-Wizard.
Some time ago, I had the brilliant idea (d'oh!) to ignore the warning dialog and delete the sub-toolbar with the "spam/no spam" buttons. As mentioned here, one can restore "spam" and "ham" buttons, but those just tag the mails and do not invoke bogofilter.
I am ready both to re-install kdepim and/or to upgrade to 3.5.1, but I fear that this won't help, since it is a configuration file issue.
Could anyone point out the configuraton files I'd need to edit/delete in order to be able to re-enable the toolbar, even if it means to completely reconfigure kdepim or KDE itself? (Of course, a less dirty solution is also welcome)
