Kontact missed libraries

I using molinux in a laptoa and I have installed KDE Kontact with Synaptic but when I start the contact and mail parts it not runs ans displays that "it can load the part for Contacts because it has not found the librarie archives for "libkaddressbookpart.la"

Looks like a corrupted installation. Try to re-install kdepim or re-install KMail and KAddressBook.

I have done that you say, in addition I installed kde-plug-ins and its now running

Now there are two new problems,
1 when you try to send an e-mail it say that can not start the POP process
2 If you try to import contacts from CSV files the window freezes (only the kontact window the others work normally)
