Now I want to complete with this reflexion :
When I want to configure Samba or NFS with KControl, I
use a very well done GUI. Behind this GUI, I suppose
that the KControl program modified information from
the /etc/exports file and on some other file, and that
he restart some program. So, I suggest that these
modifications of the Linux system can be viewed
directly on the screen, or even in a KDE log.
Another advantage of the view of the system command
initiated is that if I want to do something that is
not (yet) done by a KDE program, I could imitate or
inspire me to do it with the Konsole.
Regards.
