help with sound audio adapter

have a 5.1 sound system n recently bought a usb digital channl adio box,(wich basicly hooks all 5 speakers upto me laptop) there are 3 male connections comming from my speakers 1 green,1 orange, 1 black, blacm is back 2 speakers green is front 2 and orange middle, was woundering if you guys new wich slot the connections went into , i have a choice of 6 holeswich are........ mic in,line in,phone,fl/rl,rl/rr,c/w would much apreciate the help thanks
