Printing options for KOrganizer?

I don't know what I'm doing wrong but I'm positive that there were some options for printing a week or month in different formats. Ideally, I'd like to print a week or month in a format that will be compatible with a Day Runner organizer...allowing me to cut a US Letter-sized page in half and have two 8.5x5.5 inch pages which can be hole-punched and added to this 3-ring binder.

I was playing around with this about 6 months ago and thought there were some options to get output in different organizer formats. Even if it's not DayRunner, perhaps another format will work...but I just can't find that option anymore. Is it because I'm running all this from within Kontact? Should I open KOrganizer separately? Or is this feature no longer available in FC4 (I used to use FC3)? (I'm using KOrganizer 3.4, unmodified from the FC4 isos).

If this is not possible, perhaps that could be a future product suggestion? Make it possible to print one's calendars in several formats that are compatible with popular organizers like Day Runner? This would (ideally) include a customizable band of white space in the middle of the page so it could be cut evenly in half without cutting through any printed text. A "double sided" or "single page" option would also be very useful, as some people may want to use it with the pages facing each other (double) or simply flip one page at a time (single).

Maybe this is already possible and I just haven't figured it out yet. Either way, any and all help is greatly appreciated. Currently it looks like I'm going to have to cut through the middle of Wednesday to get my week to fit.
