Links in Kmail

When writing a message in kmail, how do I add a link? (Like this)

Yes I found the nice html mode, but no create link button.

Usually you can just write the URL, most mail programs automatically make it clickable

This works even without HTML mode

Are they planning to make a way to add inline links? Where a link is represented by a short word, rather making the person read a long url?

No idea.

Maybe you can already enter links manually?
