Iconifying the windows on *all* workspace?

Hello,
I'm using Red Hat Enterprise 3 at work with KDE and I have a problem with the iconify-all button or shortcut: both are iconifying all the windows of the current workspace, not all the windows of all the workspace, which is very annoying if you have a window which is shown on several workspace simultaneously..

How can I change this?
