Konqueror problems

I have recently installed Suse 10 and am genuinely very pleased with it. But, there is an issue that is still present since 9.3 (maybe before).

I have an externl Seagate 200 GB hdd that Konqueror will not allow me to access from the "my computer" icon in KDE. Sometimes, just sometimes it will let me do it after a reboot, but then it always reverts back to non access of the drive.

Hoever, I do have complete control/ access to this hdd when I go into the primary drive and then to the media folder. Opens it up fine and Im able to fully manipulate the files on that drive.

As I had purchased the retail version of 10 from Novell, I went to the technical support there first and they informed me that this was a KDE/ Konqueror issue.

Thanks for any help you may provide.

If it is changed back on next start of Konqueror, you haven't saved the view profile
