HELP !!! Can't remove old Linux!

I got a new Laptop IBM Thinkpad T23 and i wanted to run winxp and linuxsuse9.3 on it.

win xp SP2 was on and NP.
i tried suse with the 5 CDs, but it didnt work because of bad files.
so i downloaded the livedvd and look it works. (my first running working linux! =) )

okay but now i wanted to delet the old failed installation, which wasn't as easy as thought.

Now i got THE PROBLEM:
-) I cant login in the working Suse9.3 from the livedvd (wrong user / pw) so i cant delet it over linux
-) partition magic can't lokate the linux partition (because of some faile # ..... )
-) windows doesn't show me the linux partion anymore

please can you help me ?! what should i do to remove the failed installation and how does the login work? (i haven't set a master user / master pw so i have no clue how to login!)

Try to start cfdisk or fdisk to repartion if necessary or create new filesystem (format the paritions)
